Memorial Day Photos

We had a great time this past Memorial Day weekend. Family & my childhood friends all in one special place -- the Rivah!
Saturday we had our first annual Memorial Day Games. Teams were selected at random:
Mom and Chip - Rivah Rats
Jason and Dad - Bourbon Beasts
Me and Joe - Booze Your Daddy?
Kyle and Becky - K&B Storm
Ang and Ginger - Angerup

We played quite a few events; horsehoes, ladder golf (or Risky Dangles as Jason calls it), paddle boat race, egg race, water balloon toss and the obstacle course which consisted of putting together a 24 piece Thomas the Tank Engine puzzle, shooting a water balloon with a BB gun and ringing a ball on the ladder golf set. We deleted fishing and ping pong from this years games.

4th - Booze Your Daddy (who coincidentally we were in first until the paddle boat race!)
5th - Angerup

What a great time, I can't wait to think of more events for next year!

We spent Sunday recooperating and relaxing... even ate some delicious crabs that Dad cooked up for us. We took the kids to the beach on Sunday evening and they loved it. It was an amazing weekend.
